STEP 4 - Now your order is on the way. You can see the below message with a tracking code. Shortly, our order confirmation message was received on your mobile.

2.) Do you know how to pay for your order?

We are always welcome to accept cash on delivery. But, do you want to make a bank transfer? Please contact our support team first (+94 752 030 020).

3.) Do you know how are we delivering our orders?

Generally, we use ROYAL EXPRESS for our major courier service, but sometimes we also use PICKME FLASH. We are promising to deliver within 24-48 hours to your door step.

4.) How to Exchange your order?

We want to make your exchange experience as smooth and easy as possible! Here's how to do it:

STEP 1 - Visit your nearest courier service or post office.

STEP 2 - Carefully pack the item you received from us, ensuring it’s safe for travel. Don’t forget to include your name, our name, address, and contact number on the package.

STEP 3 - Once you’ve sent the package, please share the tracking number with us. This helps us keep an eye on your return!

STEP 4 - After we receive the parcel, we’ll quickly send the requested item to the same address you provided.

Important Note - Please remember that the customer is responsible for any courier or postal charges during the exchange process. If you’re unable to cover these fees, we invite you to visit our warehouse on any day of the week (except Sunday) between 4 PM and 7 PM to complete your exchange in person.
