Product Condition :

- We want you to love your purchases! To ensure this, please return items in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used, stained, or damaged items for exchange.

Exchange Process :

- We’re happy to assist with exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your satisfaction is our priority!

- If you need to exchange an item, please note that the customer is responsible for courier or postal charges. However, if we accidentally send you the wrong item or a damaged item, we’ll gladly cover the exchange courier fee.

Shipping :

- We strive to make your experience seamless. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location, and these will be displayed at checkout.

- We hand over your orders to the courier on the same day and always aim to deliver them to you the very next day! While we’re not responsible for courier delays, we promise to do our best to ensure fast delivery and will keep you updated on any shipping issues.
